Q: How does it work?

A: Submit your application, and it is instantly electronically and securely sent to our nationwide network of lenders and Dealerships. Chances are (over 90% chance!) that a local Dealership will accept your application and contact you within a very short period. You might receive a call within minutes, but in some instances it can take up to 24 or 48 hours.

Q: Are you the finance company?

A: No, we don't do the actual loans ourselves. We have contracts with a large nationwide network of lenders who are set up to handle bad credit and no credit type loans. They work with local Dealerships to supply financing, sometimes at very good rates, to folks who have sufficient income to finance a vehicle even though they might not have a very good credit score.

Q: What kind of interest rates do you offer?

A: Interest rates are based on many factors, including Dealer promotions, your specific situation, etc. They will vary with every applicant. Keep in mind, however, that you are under no obligation to accept any offer that you are not satisfied with.

Q: What exactly do you do with my information?

A: We only forward your information to one Dealer - that Dealership will have shown to be the most eager to get your business, and will hopefully work out a deal with you to purchase a vehicle. We will not use your information for any other purpose, and will not sell your information to anyone. See privacy policy.

Q: Do I have to buy a car from the Delership that contacts me?

A: You are under no obligation to buy from the Dealership who contacts you, but the financing we offer applies only to a purchase from the Dealer who does contact you.

Q: Can you help me refinance my car?

A: Sorry, but we don't handle refinance loans.

Q: Is there a fee for your service?

A: There is no fee or obligation of any kind.

Q: Is my personal information secure?

A: Yes - this is a secure website, meaning that all information coming and going is fully encrypted. See secure seal below.

Q: Can I finance a motorcycle through you?

A: Sorry, but we only deal with cars, trucks, vans & SUVs.

Q: Can you help me even if I have a bankruptcy?

A: It is still possible to get financing even if you've had a bankruptcy.
